Re: what do you think about this?

ok if you're form england you might know about this if you're not join in the discussion anyway...

theres this like thing at schools now where there must be healthier foods served at the cafeterias and stuff, y'know like more veg and fruit and they've cut down on all the crap like chips, pizza, burgers ect.

Now these women, most are the mothers of the pupils, are taking food orders form the kids through the gates, going down to the nearest fast food place or chippy, gettin the food and cramming it back through the gates to the kids.

so instead of them eating the school's food, theyre eating crap basically.

the mum's say they're doin it cos they dont agree with the food bein served and the children ahve the right to choose.

what are your thoughts on this?
should thye have the right?

Once on Ricki Lake (NO I dont watch ot everyday, its just there on TV when I´m home, with nothing to do) I saw these children that were like 3-6 years old, and they all weigh like 75 kg(dunno how many pounds)

HELLO!!!!!!! THAT IS SICK!!!!!!!!
I am 15 years, 176 cm, and I dont weigh 75 kg!!

And NO the kids didnt have a choice, the only food they had gotten since they were infants were McDonald´s, KFC and whatever, and BEFORE they were infants they had gotten the same food through their mothers, cos they ate at Mcdonalds like EVERYDAY through the pregnancy, so even before the kids were born, they were addicted to sugar. Sugar was like the only nutrition they had gotten! They didnt know how vegtebles taste like.......

Ok, I know, they were a little extreme, but come on, people are gettin fatter and I think its good that the goverment at least tries to help people to eat healthier.

And everybody who disagree with me and others: GO AND SEE SUPERSIZE ME! right now!! After that(or while you are watching), try to eat mcdonalds food!!

Yes, why did you say that? I am well aware of when people start school...

oh, goodie. but my point was that if somebody gets crack shot up their forearm (or whatever you do with crack) for 5 years, can you blame the person for not suddenly refusing it as soon as he/she gets his free will?
sugar=addictive

dunno why I said it. I've been brainwashed or something. :s

Re: They haven't got something to do the whole day!

I've saw something about that in the TV last week and the only thing I thought in the first moment was: Why do they do that?
I think it's very good, that the pupils get healthier food an I can't understand why the parents can't accept that!
I don't now someone who died because of healthy food.If they want to eat pizza or stuff like that, they can eat it at home.
school is there to learn something and because of that i can undestand if they don't support unhealthy food.

If you do it, do it good Brutus, real good, like a little man should!
