well, they are working on new material (they've had some new songs up on myspace for a while) but if I know my Pelle and Maria right they'll be releasing their new album in spring ^^
seriously, I don't think I've ever seen a show that Pelle's been on, who's not had Maria or Sahara Hotnights as a guest the day after or vice versa.
they have a fetish for fucking in the toilet at a TV-studio or something...
also, there's the tour with Hives as the headlining band and Sahara as the opening act and nomerous other things...
yeah, it'll come out in spring. trust me. they always promote their stuff at the same time.
and, really? the best girl garage punk band? hmm, I'm not even sure if I think they're Swedens best girl garage punk band... they're good though.

and there's no significance. it's from kathlin.
hmm, she's quite clever that girl. she's posted like four things ever and she's already got a trademark.

I haven't heard of the other groups you listed, but I like Bikini Kill...my own personal taste is more towards garage than the whole Riot Grrl though, because how could I ever relate to rape victims or a movement for female empowerment? Bikini Kill is just too restricted in their appeal for me to put them above the Saharas

i like bikini kill well i have just few songs like VGI and Rebel girl and well i dont care much about the background and stuff, the music is all i care about and i like both saharas and bikini kill

i think sahara hotnights are really good. except i made the mistake of buying their very first cd despite bad reviews i had read. and well its pretty much a bunch of shit. i listened to 2 songs and couldnt stand listening it to anymore

but their other two cds kick alot of ass.
i like how they are so laidback instead of all in your face

but they never tour because they are lame.
i resent them for that. they suck for that i guess.
