I'm currently working on a music video project for my Media Studies course and as part of the project i need to include audience research and I was wondering if you could take the time to just complete this simple questionaire. The video idea is as follows:

Song: "Walk, Idiot, Walk"
Idea: The batteries on a remote control run out, so the owner goes to the shop to buy some more. The only batteries they have left are 'magic batteries' so he buys these. Outside the shop the remote gets mistaken for a phone a stolen. A chase begins and the theif begins to press the buttons on the remote. As each button is pressed the two are transported to a different film genre or TV show, until eventually they're returned to the regular world. Then the thief disappears, dropping the remote. Back home, the remote owner turns on the TV to find the thief stuck in the television set.

i don't know, i guess have something that has to do more of what the song says and means. i don't get the whole remote tv thing and the magical batteries, like what does that have to do with "walk idiot walk"? what's the connection from the song to the video plot?

Maybe make the video go along to the lyrics a bit more. but is good as it is.

3. wouldn it be soo cool if it was a blackandwhite silent film, LONG LIVE BUSTER KEATON!!!!!!!
and, teen movie and western I frankly think that that has never been done before

4. Game show, News(cos then he could like stand behind the ancor man and wave and like write notes that said like "I love Liverpool" or "Hi mum" aaah, and crime Police

5. I would say average.....


God, now I wanna make a video with good music in it... the problem is that I dont own a videocamera :(


hmmmm.... If I had to do a video with a Hives-song I would take Main offender.....

The plot would be like this guy that wakes up at this really weird place, like a construction area, or a dumpster, or at a public toilet, after a hard night partying. Then he would have these really weird text messages on his cell, that like lead him to this place, and ...... ok I am to tired to come up with something now..... wait, it would take place in Britain, like Blackpool or something,and the guy would look like Preston from Ordinary boys or Mike Skinner from Streets......

OR.... it would take place at a festival, like mudd everywhere and bands playing...

Or at this really small, but crowded club and...........
