Yeah, that's not right at all. I read in a paper about what had been written about the swedish election in other countries (don't get me started on why we feel the need to know that) and it said that in Germany you seem to think that all parties stand for the same thing more or less and that even if the liberals would win (they didn't know then)
it wouldn't be much of a change from the politics we have now.
Wrong. Moderaterna have changed their policies into becomming more socialistic and as a party they have moved more into the middle than they have been before but this is just to attract voters from the social democrats. When the alliance won my mom commented it by saying "people are gonna feel so tricked tomorrow" and I think alot of people just wanted a change from the social democratic government, not it's politics. They will feel very outsmarted when reformation begins, I tell you that.
Getting back to the "all swedish parties have the same policies"-statement, it's a coalition government with moderaterna (conservetism/liberalism), kristdemokraterna (conservatism), centern (who fucking knows anymore?) and folkpartiet. Folkpartiet used to be socialliberals but under the period of these two last elections they have been moving further and further away from the social part. I would say that they today are just liberals.
In comparasing, if the alliance would have lost, a government with the social democrats (socialism), miljöpartiet (a green party)
and vänsterpartiet (socialism/communism although they [officially] got rid of the commie thing after the fall of the soviet union) would have formed. Don't tell me that these two governments are the same.

It's funny cause when Schyman left people said we were screwed but don't they feel silly now, huh? lol Ohly is like the person the least suitable for running a party ever and that's why I love him. Let's make Sweden into Russia! He IS immitating Boris Jeltsin really well I must say.
