(actually i just like high contrasting colors, but equality is good too)

i absolutley do not care what people label me as
but it is true that things like that have been somewhat ruined thanks to this teenage emo 'rebels' who think they are hot shit* cause they wear those things, and since there is a majority of them, those things have become popular, and before that those things werent "popular'
maybe converse to some extent, but before a little thing called "emo" came around, wearing all black or wearing a band shirt made you different from the norm. Now the norm of the teenage population is percisely to prance around wearing black band shirts and converse....so now thats what people think those things are for
just another cliche and stereotype

then it's just different here..
cuz the converse hype was years ago here..
and bandshirts,, well its not just bandshirts, but also what band is on them.. cuz i don't see emo kids with, lets say, reel big fish shirts..
but maybe, just maybe, the emo hype is still to come here..
since there arent alot of emo kids yet..

furthermore, i never did think bandshirts separated you from other groups, allthough they have never been really popular, there are alot of people wearing them.
and i dont see any increase in bandshirts here, maybe even a decrease.
if you really want to stand out, manufacter your own clothes..

but, enough about this
just do what you like, think what you like.. and try not to bother/offend anyone else with it =)
