Song also tends to get thrown off-beat towards middle which also distracts. Song lags towards end. Gotta keep it persistent. The stretch turns out good. Off rhythm at outro. Good song with potential. Nice vocals but can't comment on lyrics because cannot understand anything. Nice song but not played great at all. Jerusalem Cruisers: Very nicely done. Two rhythms clash towards middle. Gotta keep those different while still being together if you know what I mean. Once again, song tends to lag. Outro once again off rhythm. Good ideas but you have to work on keeping it together. Great vocalist I will tell you that. Potential definately. Sloppily put together though. Work on it and you'll get a great sound. |

The Bump just isn't about "superior musicianship", or even "keeping perfect time", it's about everyone, no matter who they are, whether they can strum a guitar, or hit a drum, or just clap along and shout, just joining together to jam on a riff and rock it until they just get "that" sound that they love, the sound that makes them dance around like crazy-on-drugs people. We smashed our metronome into the wall after the first day...it brought the party down. As for the album, it is what it is... It may be ugly, but who ever said rock and roll was supposed to be pretty? lay off the KROQ my friend music is free you NEVER have to follow ANY rules if it feels good..do it! haven't you heard of punk rock music? |

| Ten dead but no pun registered: 5/8/2005 00:00 posts: 7 | some kool bits here sounds like u guys are having fun which is great but since u asked for comments. i have to say i agree with the union in some of their criticism, not the pshyco bit though. Yeah i have 2 agree that it sounds abit like theres to much going on in places and it just needs a little fine tuning, however youre vocalist kicks arse and i really like the beggining of Brat with bat. Love Jeaurusalem( sory cant spell), it has an awesome almost 70's sound with a hint of country to it, very kool. these songs have heaps of potential but for a two day job i say u guys kicked arse, and if its only for fun then sweet ur music will always go off. However if u want 2 get really serious then just try and focus your peices a bit more. Maybe u could take this critcism on for your other songs after all it is meant to be constructive. anyway sory if i offended u but u did ask for comments and although i really have no rite 2 judge these things stood out for me. having said that though this has triggered my interest and i would be thrilled to hear more of your work. good luck with wateva direction u want 2 take your music u guys have awesome potential and i can imagine u guys getting quite a fanbase. :) |

| Ten dead but no pun registered: 5/8/2005 00:00 posts: 21 | song for a confirmed bachelor this song totally kicks arse. i really like it, there is a sense of u guys actually working together as a band in this song which was less prevelant in the other two songs. it seems u guys have focused more on being a band as opposed a group of individual artists. does that make sense? i mean that there is more focus on the music as a whole as opposed to each individual competeing. totally whips u guys are definately gonna have a huge fanbase that songs convinced me:) |
