I have already started to make new friends at the school. We moved here because my father had a job transfer and if he did not come now he would lose the job. You all are very kind and I appreciate you welcoming me so kindly. America is great.

a words of adivce

for new Americans:
1. Keep your accent, don't lose it. Girls and guys think it's super sexy
2. Don't ask for someone on the street to give you the time or anything. Sadly, people in the South are well..... let's just say not as polite as minnesota's uber-Scandinavian population.
3. DO NOT EVER EVER eat at McDonald's, no matter WHAT. but if you have to, get a drink. Those are usually safe.
4. Enjoy american food! These southern things are really tasty:
Deviled Eggs
Pickled (insert food here)
Hot dogs (look for them in real restauruants)
Hamburgers (but NOT from the Burger Kings, McDonalds, Hardees, or any place with a drive-through window.

Welcom toe the USA, #1 Best Nation in the World! (i dunno if that's true but being unpatriotic is a crime)
