Cummon Peeps, We gotta face up to it sooner or later. . .
The guys have always said theiy were put on this earth to make THREE GREAT ALBUMS then retire, Part one has been completed, so now I'm sure Pelle is dusting off his slippers, and Nic is practising smoking a pipe in rediness for the Hives retirement.

As much as it saddens me that they will go, there is one last thing to do, Bundle all their greatest songs on to one album (one of those Time Life 70 CD sets if you wanna include ALL the good songs) and watch their pension funds fill to bursting.

So what to call it? what are the Boffins locked in the basement of Hive Manor gonna come up with for a name? Suggestions below please!

My guess, "Accept no less"

"AKA C.A.S.H I.N."
Like any good Greatest Hits compilation, it's for people who don't buy the albums.

So Sorry. . .
To give you guys sleepless nights, but it's from the mouths of The Hives themselves! Create 3 great albums, and retire! lets face it, I, as a fan, would rather they did that, then they kept going untill they (god forbid) bring out a lacklustre album (see Oasis, or Manic Street Preachers).

"They are at the top of their game" you say? whats the only way to go if you ARE at the top? who wants their memories of the Universe's Greatest band sullied by them stretching themselves too thin?

Cummon, make a tangible impact on history! suggest those titles!

ps: Idea 2. . ."Lessons in Rock And Roll Greatness"

hmmm
all bands say they are going to split after so many albums. the manics said they would split after one. the white stripes said they would split after elephant. they never do. its silly. anyway, the world would end if the hives split up. or something...

well
maybe not all bands, i meant to say some bands!!!
no, some bands carry on for years who should never have even put out one album! it would be a shame if the hives did split up but i dont think they will. what else would they do?

 This Saddens Me!
I don't want to see the Hives go! I only have five CDs in my whole collection, only three of which I like. The Hives are #1. If they go, it will be like I lost the only girlfriend I ever had. It would suck. Yo, Hives...if you're listening, please don't go. I have good faith that you guys can go on for a while. Besides, pretty much all the Hives songs are great. You have to have like four or five CDs before a Greatest Hits record. To the guy (or gal) who started this retarded forum, shut up. You're like the guy who suggests cannabalism after a plane crash.
