For example, a group of PETA members "liberated" some lab rats in my town. After being "freed," the rats survided about 2 hours before they died, not being cared for or looked after. I think that instead, PETA should propose laws to congress or encourage members to vote for animal-friendly people. |

Joesph McCarthy didn't help to make a good Communist image either. They should think of Marx and his great ideas. The only problem is that the idea wouldn't work for a large country like the US. It would be better for a small country whose citizens are willling for reform. Also, the plan needs to be changed so that not everyone is poor and worshiping one person (like Mao.) |

| kimbobway registered: 7/16/2004 00:00 posts: 1930 | yeah, i don't think the usa will ever become communist. i don't think canada would either although i don't think we are as afraid of it. communism is eventually supposed to have no leader right? i think communist leaders just end up getting power hungry sometimes and don't want to give it up. communism is hard to make work because generally people are selfish and don't give a crap about the good of everyone. communism is really a nice idea though, most countries aren't ready for it though. also, it needs to come through a civilian relvolution rather than a few extremists. right now china is trying to bully taiwan. |

I dont think going around spray painting buildings and sending threat letters to people os teh rigth way to go about doing it. Also PETA has Funded ALF who took the blame for burning down apartments because of the growth of subdivisions. ps - im doing an Anti-PETA research paper right now lol |
