| PunkrockPelle registered: 9/6/2004 00:00 posts: 564  | "I Will Live Forever Without Fear" I wrote this poem for/about the lead singer of The Hives: Howlin' Pelle Almqvist. i wrote it because before the Hives's recent album, there were rumors that The Hives broke up. and i put my feelings into a poem if i was the lead singer. its confusing until you read it. ~ I Will Live Forever Without Fear This life seems lifeless. Unlike life. Pure bliss. But, I feel I'm comming to the end. And I cannot relive this dream. But I can remember The good and the bad But I don't want to remember I want to relive. It's like a mirage, this life. It's like it's all in my head. But it feels real. The rush...the crowd. It calls to me...this mirage calls to me. I need to relive. I know well that this isn't over. But I feel a need. More like a fear. I fear it will end, like everything else. I wont let it end. I will go on forever. No one will stop me. I will live. I will live...forever. ~ what it means "i will live forever" means he will live through peoples memories, even if the band breaks up and he passes on. i know its a deep poem. |
