They don't seem to be druggies, at least I don't think they are...and to have that much energy on stage and not be coked up or something is rather amazing to me.

If they wanted to, every member of The Hives could be a frontman 3. They can easily transition from fast power punk ( Introduce the Metric System in Time) to goofy croony music (Find Another Girl)

i've never seen such a hyperactive person on a stage before
plus they've got this image and they're really sticking to it, like, all these years and still nobody knows who the hell randy is or if he even exists at all. when i first started listening to their music i could hardly find out anything about them, except that they don't use their real names and won't reveal anything about themselves except that they come from this tiny place in sweden- it's the music and the performance that matters, everything else (like their private lives etc) is secondary, and i like that

X reasons....

1. you can never get tired of their music

2. thay sound best on stage (which is hard to find in a band)

3. they use their smarts in their music, unlike other bands that sing about how much they hate life or how their in love or how school bites

4. theyre Swanky. (swanky: very stylish) i mean, how many bands wear matching suits?

5. they basically say to Hives-haters "oh? you dont like our music? well, we dont see why you dont since we're the greatest band alive. guess its cuz you have very bad taste. tsk to you." instead of "you dont like our music? to hell with you. you suck man!" they dont throw fits. they just shrug and make their point.

6. their sophisticated. their not "commercialistic". they dont try to sell themselves. they just play and let others discover them.

7. theyre not boring. i have bought all of these CDs that people said they were great and all, and i end up pawning them or selling them at school. i have their 3 albums, YNFB, and one single, and its all i listen to, and i never get tired of it.

8. and yes, they are sexxay......... (ah... dejavu...)
