my head is a magnet for pain, lmao
So I've been to 3 Hives shows, and have been hurt at 2. Lol..

at the HOB Anaheim show on Sunday, besides getting beer spilled all over me from stupid drunk people and then having beer SPAT on me by the stupid lead singer of the Bronx, I kept getting elbowed in my spine (which hurt like a bitch), then got my nose kicked HARD by some stupid asshole crowd surfer with the back of his shoe during "Love In Plaster." I was literally in a daze for 15 seconds trying to figure out if my nose was broken or bleeding. it's been almost a week and I still have pain if i apply any pressure around my nose...lol.

oh, not to mention I got thrown into the pit circle during the Henry Fonda show on Aug. 3 and kept getting elbowed in the head----someone even punched me on the side of my face once. OUCH.

lol.....so....interesting stories, anyone??

Well at the Warfield on Dec 11th.. my friends and i were right at the front up against the barrier.. and during Bronx drunk weirdo's were moshing.. so i got slammed up against the barrier and it was pretty hard.. and then there was this girl behind me that was pretty much a jerk off.. and she was kicking my ankles the whole time.. which hurt a whole lot..Needless to say.. The Next day i had two of the biggest bruises on my chest.. it hurt so bad.. they were purple and blue.. ouch

i remember you.. you looked like you were in pain and you were saying your nose felt broken.

I got a bruise the size of a fist on my hip and it was this weird red color.. i think its from being squashed into the railing so much

at this one show there was this girl who wanted my spot and so she was kicking me behind my knee to try and make me fall and she was choking my friend.. she was fucking* crazy.. the security guard had to tell her to stop

Injuries
I went to the Anaheim show on sunday and despite being down in the pit, I came out with no injuries, other than a few bruises. I did, however, find that my ears were in great pain after listening to the Bronx play. But thank the Lord the Hives came out and made them all better. :)

 i so sorry
I hand you all a band-aid, 'cuz that all sounds really bad.

I never really get hassled 'cuz I'm so short and I look like an 8 year old, so I think people would feel really guilty.

The worst stuff for me comes from enjoying the show toooooooooo much! At the Dec.11th show, I got my shoes stuck to the floor. No joke. And I couldn't get them off until 6 songs into it.At both HOB shows, I went into coughing fits, which really sucked ass. My worst was getting back from the HOB shows, when I was awakened by my legs spasming out at 3 am. There were shaking all ove the place and I couldn't make them stop. Plus I had to get up the next morning at 8 to make the drive back to SF. That hurt! But probably not as bad as you guys. I'm sorry.

no injuries for me
yesterday when the donnas were playing I saw some guy pull down a girls boob tube, but then the girls boyfriend turned around and smacked the guy in the face. Nothing happened to me except having a sore ass around the end of the night from sitting with my mates in the stupid plastic seats, I couldn't get to sleep last night because the nerves in my ass kept spasming.

Oh the memories...
I was up against the bar in Toulouse, right in the middle so all these tiny french people were attacking me trying to get me to move, I had bruised ribs for a couple of weeks. I don't think I got the worse deal though, the creepy old guy who kept trying to hump me and my friends got a good knee in the groin at some stage. Moshpits definitely have their own form of karma.

Geez that must have hurt
All I've ever gotten were bruises from the shows.

Though the last one at the HOB was really bad. I had a huge one on my right shoulder 'cause the girl behind me kept banging her elbows into my shoulder blades.

Mumblingloudwhispers!
aaah, your bruise was so BIG....aah, that musta sucked.

isn't it funny how everyone gets bruises from getting elbowed???

and i can't believe you got the back of your knees kicked, LMAO, that girl behind you musta been desperate as hell ^_^

speaking of stupid girls, there was a tall girl next to me wearing a TANK TOP, and she-- had-- a--

PIMPLE BACK

and it rubbed the side of my face once :-(
*whimpers*

so side-effects from seeing the hives:

1. BRUISES BRUISES BRUISES
AND
2. drunk moshers doing one of the following:
* "moshing" but really trying to get humpy hump action
* spilling beer all over you
* elbowing every imaginable place on your body
* rubbing their nasty ass on your face while crowd-surfing

that's it, next time we're going to a show, we're gonna bring crowbars for the drunk moshers. >:-)

*evil grin*

I was also
kicked hard in the face by a body surfer. this chick behind be kept pulling at my hood, almost choking me, and I was being slammed against the barrier really hard, I left with bruises all over my legs haha (and a few on my elbows) luckily the bronx's lead singer didnt spit beer into the crowd....ewwwwwww!!! but what's weird is....before the show started, I was buying my hoodie at the table where they had all the band shirts and stuff, and I ran into the lead singer of the bronx...we talked for a few minutes and I had no idea who he was haha. he was wearing that stupid furry hat (does anyone know what I'm talking about?)

oh, and the pimple back thing, i know people can't help having em, but i just wish people would be considerate of others enough NOT to rub their sweaty pimples into other people's faces, lol.

it was gross and sweaty, and on MY face. aaaaacccckkkkk

usually The Hives concerts are mellow

i like them better when they're rough though..

thats why the january 16th one is my favorite so far

it's kind of lame when everyone is all nice and polite.

ha.
easy for you to say :-p
you were up against the rail, one of the safer places at a show. the roughest show would HAVE to be the Henry Fonda one----the one at HOB wasnt really crazy i would say...just super squishy and suffocating.

oh, and to the person going to her first show----don't be scared! lol..well, not TOO scared at least. to avoid the pit, be at the rail, on the side, or behind the pit (but that would suck, cuz then you'd be so far back)

try not to bring a purse or anything, or wear things in your hair x_x people like to grab and steal :-/

 well...
at the hives show in austin there was the stage...a little open space (where security was) then a rail and all the people were behind there...Pelle would jump from the stage to the rail and sing on there and what not...i was right on the rail and he jumped on it and he kicked my chest!! REALLY HARD! then everybody started grabbing for him and i was sooo scared he was gonna fall on me and like kill me hahaha...luckily he didnt though haha...there was also this really "BIG" girl pushing her huge body on me to get to him and crushing on the rail to where i couldnt breathe!! i was like "GEEZUS WOMAN IM ONLY 13 ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME?!"...butttt i was wearing high heels..so id kik her really hard with the heel and pretend it was an accident:) hahahah....buut altogher it was awesome and meeting them afterwards totally made up for it all:D

me and Jackie (to Pelle): your a secksy man Pelle!!

Pelle: Secksy man?? (in a cuuute swedish accent:X:X)

ya, i guess you might say its safe at the rail..

but some people get tto excited. and when pelle comes in front of you everyone areound you goes crazy

for example, one time Pelle came directly in front of me and all of sudden like 20 hands came flying in my face and i was literally bent backwards. I thought i was going to fall backwards and get trampled alive..

but.. ya.. I have always been in the very front when I see The Hives..

I went to one concert though and I started from the back and elbowed myself to the front. I ws very proud of myself.. the people i cam with tryed to get to the fron but they just got pushed to the back. it ws crazy because everyone was pushing eachother and moving from side to side .. it was hard to keep balance. but it was really fun

hmm.. i think i just ranted nonsense.. sorry for anyone who reads it

The night before
The warflied show my friend and I saw my chemical romance, where people were literally caught on the stage by their stomachs and rammed forward by all the crazy screamo kids (me being one of them). I pulled myslef up on stage which resulted in me sitting on Gerards (the lead singer) boots all night and trying not to stare at his crotch (too much).

I had bruises up my shins on each leg.

So we were kind of relieved when we saw the hives. (where I met Pelle!)

such a great weekend.
