The Hives are nice guys

The following was posted on the Kinks list, from someone other than me:

And as far as the Hives go, they are definitely alot of fun and real
nice guys. I was backstage at their show @Webster Hall here in NYC, as
my good friends' band was opening up for them. They had their own
dressing room on the other side of the horseshoe-shaped balcony and came
over and hung out with us at our dressing room for a bit after our
soundcheck and were very cool.

The Kinks comparison is definitely there. Also a bit of the Stones as well.
