hell yeah it is...
i love that show. Norbert and Dagget are their names. Daggy-wags is my favourite. its a really funny cartoon. and yeah i cant believe i forgot about Invader Zim, the same guy that does Daggets voice does Zims voice too. hes cool his name is Richard Horovitz, he was in a funny movie from the 80s called "Summer School"

I don't really watch cartoons anymore, except for stuff like the Simpsons and Invader Zim and the others I liked. Anyone watch Cowboy Bebop? It's anime and its on Adult Swim. It's a really awesome show.
