or you could do this (i got it from the help thingy)-
[ img]http://www.yoursite.com/graphics/image2.jpg[/img ] (without any spaces though)

The [img] tag allows you to display images inside your message. Please make sure you specify the http:// protocol in the URL as the example above.

if you use photobucket just upload the pics then copy and paste the thing that has the [img] thing at the start and end.
