 | high There? Uhhh..., well i know there's been a few for some of the Eurotour shows, but not a lot, and not the long personal journey type that i love so much. Describe the venue, was it sold out, hot and sweaty? duhh- guess so. How many people. I saw the hives in seattle this past july 30, and it was Glorious1 I would like to thank the band and especially pelle and nicolas, Pelle because of the way he moved ointo the crowd, not just once but a few times, giving all those girls a chance to "touch" him. oh well - go figure, he damn near jumped offstage right on top of me - he was swinging from the speakers like a monkey during Diabolic scheme (Glorious song!) and was looking right at me, but i was right there, in front of nicolas because i love to give it up to Guitart players and nicolas is a tarty naughty boy who knows how to do it. tks nic. so what else. Let me ask - do they still do that Freeze thing at the end of Diabolic scheme, i liked that. and has Vig passed out onstage yet, he ought to loosen that damn collar. So i'll stop. somebody? ps - yeah - i know ther is that concert review section at hives.com, but it is so Difficult to find/get to. nobody uses it. if only that "page/site/function? was accessible from right here. okay that is the end. And hello World - have a nice day | | posted: 10/24/2004 16:53 | Reply | PM | Edit | IP |

 | Interesting..., Well - thank you all! i certainly know the feeling. The hives got me Good on the VVV tour, and i was right back in the same spot for the show i wasa talking about at the top.
In Fact. I have a bit of a dilemma going right now, cuz after the last show- july 30- i swore i was gonna Deadhead all the west coast shows when they came back. Well..., they announced the us tour and don't come back to seattle at all, no portland - no Vancouver BC (the Border crossing is a traumatic event these days) I thought they would Saturate the USA with at least 25 to 30 shows, but no.
I almost bought tix for the Warfield in Sf. Congratulations to the hives - that's a Big - Beautiful place (2500-300?) i saw Bob Dylan there not too long ago. But i live in Seattle - and i have a hunch that more shows are going to be announced. God i hope so. Seeing these guys live is an Experience every Music lover should try. the last show _ It was just as good as the first one (VVV) for me. So - do they still do the Freeze on the end of Diabolic scheme - and then they go into 2 timing touch..., and all the Great songs from VVV they did em all I just wish they'd do Love in plaster and Antidote. Antidoter is my new Favo song. i just LOVE the end of it- whoever is playing that guitar "lead"? Nic - Vig ? I want more of that! Did they play Antidote in Seattle july 30 -04? you know/ sayves que? I think they did. God that was a great night. | | posted: 10/25/2004 15:01 | Reply | PM | Edit | IP |

 | Tommorrow morning I will post the play list from zurich, just for you and yes they did do their pause during diabolic scheme, They also incorportated Pelle's fever into it. He went off a few songs before and Nick song and did the guitar for one song which was pretty damn good. Then pelle came back on and said his fever was so Diabolic that is must be a Diabolic Scheme and then they broke into the song. | | posted: 10/25/2004 15:12 | Reply | PM | Edit | IP |

 | Ummm! I loved it, a shame he has a fever, hope it's not the flu. They really rave up Diabolic scheme, and there is a whole big part for Nicolas to go off on a long extended "solo" which hopefully is a little bit (Lots!) different from night to night. Gotta keep the rest of the band entertained ya know? | | posted: 10/25/2004 15:16 | Reply | PM | Edit | IP |

 | He seemed pretty ill Althought it did not hinder his act at all, i got the impression he was pretty sick. and when i talked to cdoass they said they were all pretty sick, they didn specify what, but it only makes the hives look better by still rockin the show even though they are sick. | | posted: 10/25/2004 15:21 | Reply | PM | Edit | IP |
