i happen to agree with the person above malcolm. ya i'm sure your life sucks but everybody has a crappy live at at least one point. it's all about how you can handle it and i guess you aren't handling it very well. anyways when your parents find out you are cutting they'll think they are worse parents then if you tell then them and ask them to see a doctor. they'll know you trust them and love them enough to tell them and they'll appreciate it. i'm sure they'd rather know your cutting yourself by you telling them then by them finding bloody rags lying around or maybe your dead body laying around somewhere. so tell them and it will prolly all be better.
