iggy and sum 41
I just saw that video with iggy pop "f/" sum 41, I guess it was ok but what the hell is iggy pop doing with sum 41 in the first place? How did this happen? It's like the hives going on tour with avril laveing instead of sahara hotnights.

I don't know why exactly they teamed up, but I heard that Iggy Pop said that Sum 41 was one of the only bands who could stand nowadays.

i dont like sum 41 personally, and i think iggy is extremly messed up from all the drugs and crap, so he prob. didnt know what he was doing lol, and if the hives tour with avril, i would cry, that would ruin the hives lol

I heard it's all part of the government's anti-heroin education programme. Forget the addiction, the poverty, the pain and the death, that wasn't selling well. No, they needed to show that hard drugs can seriously affect your musical taste and thus your judgement.

Iggy pop
Sum41 is stinky and Iggy is kind of vastly overrated anyway. He's got some great songs but he also sucks a lot, too.

Raw Power is pretty cool and some of the stuff he did with Bowie but he has a tendency to suck as well so...balls to what he thinks.

I meant both are good. Iggy has a tendency to have a lot of bad songs though. Bowie, too. But when Bowie is great he's really great. I like them both but people tend to think of Iggy as iconic in the world of punk and he's really not.

i agree with you on the Iggy Pop thing, TheHivesAreMedicine.
i really love Bowie though, he has a lot of great music.

I like Bowie a lot, too.
I think Heroes is such a great song. And it was awesome live. I also like Bowie aside from his rock 'n roll life. he's interested in art and literature. He's cool.
