r. fitzsimmons
ive heard all sorts of stuff on him. i remember somone said he is nic arson, just living two lives. i believe he is just their manager who gives them song ideas. what do you think?

I think only the NME are the only people who still think Randy is Nic.

Whether he exists or not, I don't know, but I heard that Randy Fitzsimmons was the name of one of Pelle's childhood school teachers...

I've often wondered about it...

I've always sort of assumed that RF was just the whole band, an alias, and that they all write the music and stuff.

in one interview with pelle, he said that he likes to write songs in his spare time....but if randy (whoever he is)supposedly writes the songs...??? ah well it keeps things interesting

haven't any of you read the legendary one and only interview with Mr. Fitzimmsons in the old Fagersta zine. Can't remember the name of the zine but a friend of mine has it. It's cool, the zine was ltd to about 50 copies and it's the only one that has the interview.

Well, i can tell you that the theory about RF being an old schoolteacher is most likely untrue. I went to the same school as PA and NA and there was no RF teaching in Fagersta...

i only remember niklas from school, he was a year younger. He was as far as i can remember just like everybody else, like most people in small towns. He still lives there, and the only difference is that he has produced some great music and i hope he will keep on doing so...

On the Fitzsimmons thing - I think The Hives are masters of the media and know that adding a little mystery like that will keep people interested.
