Or does anyone else think that Dr Matt looks like some sort of Soviet-era Russian spy? Maybe thats why his name is Dr Matt Destruction. He was the brains behind the USSR's nuclear weapons program and when communism ended he found a career as the bassist in the highly regarded punk garage band The Hives!Just a little theory of mine. Howlin' Pelle used to be Mick Jagger, Vigilante was in a rockabilly trio in the fifties, Nic was in 1930's gangster films and Chris, well Chris has always been a drummer.

I've always felt that Dr. matt resembled a waiter in a Greek restaurant somewhere inthe Greek Isles.. he was actually recruited by Randy Fitzsimmonds in 2001 because the original dr matt had had enuf of the endless squabbling between nicArson & pelle.
