.... damn that show was the best!!!!.....i dont kno how many times i touched pelle last night...hehe....i have never been happier...plus i almost got the towel that nic had thrown into the audience but this person took it from me..errz...but wow my white jacket was like brown kinda after that...never been in such a thing but it was all worth it for the hives.....and yea i took pics...sum r kinda blurry and all but i did some ok pics....i even got to meet the whole band and got all their autographs...i cant wait for them to come back out here again....i was personally promised by dr. matt that theyd come back for another show so if they do ill be in the front again...

yeah I did the soundcheck thing and they played a few songs for about 15 of us. They asked for any requests and some guy said rolling stones and pelle was like uhh we don't play any rolling stones but we can sound like them. Does anyone know any of our songs? Everyone was silent so I requested Metric System in Time and Pelle was like oh shit*. i don't remeber all the words so forgive me if i forget some. So they start playing it and he does forget words so I pop out my VVV cd and hand him the lyrics book as they are playing. He tried to sing some of it but said that it's too hard to read and handed it back. he laughed though so it was fun. So after they played a few songs they came down and met with us and i got my VVV cd signed by all the members. But i forgot my dang digital camera. Well nic arson was forgotten about at the signing thing so me and my friend went over and chatted with him. Some kid's mom asked if he could play his guitar and nic was like uhh i believe that it was stolen. This always happens and i always have to buy it back, it's such a hassle. And I asked him about touring with the new bomb turks and tinc and he said that they would probably play again with tinc and they tried to get the new bomb turks out for the tour but they quit touring and the drummer had a kid and stuff. I told him maybe the hives could try to persuade them next time. So then we had to go but the band seemed disappointed that we had to leave already. So that part was awesome. Then before the show supergeek pulls me and my friend to the front of the line to get in. How cool is that? We were at like the very back too. The show was awesome of course and Sahara Hotnights were "hot" (and sweaty) and their music was more ballsy than most guy bands on the radio these days. And yeah, my ears are still ringing.
